FISBA AG has announced that it is is restructuring its operational leadership effective January 1, 2026: Fabio Hübscher and Mike Kahrer will jointly assume the role of Chief Operating Officer. This dual leadership follows the transition of Christian Zellweger to the position of CEO.

• Fabio Hübscher led the Production Planning and Scheduling department and brings extensive experience in international production coordination. He ensures the global scalability and strategic alignment of our operational processes.
• Mike Kahrer led several production areas in recent years and provides deep expertise in manufacturing optimization. He ensures operational stability and the continuous technological advancement of our production.
