Cruxx Expands Leadership Team with Appointment of Liz Moyles

Cruxx has announced the appointment of Liz Moyles as Principal Consultant. Liz will lead Cruxx’ efforts across the neurotechnology segment while supporting the firm’s broader Search, Capital, and Community initiatives.

With a proven track record of helping MedTech companies scale, secure funding, and hire strategic and executive-level leaders, Liz joins Cruxx at a pivotal time in the company’s growth. Her remit will centre on building leadership teams for emerging neurotechnology ventures, while also supporting Cruxx’s broader work across surgical robotics, AI, and other transformative technologies. She will focus on strengthening relationships with established clients and deepening Cruxx’s position at the intersection of talent and capital in the life-saving technology ecosystem.

Liz brings a wealth of experience partnering with high-growth medical technology companies across Europe and the US. She has led full leadership builds, helped organisations scale their teams from early-stage through to international expansion, and supported businesses as they establish and grow operations on both sides of the Atlantic. Her work bridges the gap between talent and strategy, advising founders and investors through critical growth and capital milestones.
